“I purchased a bracelet on the 7th of April it is now the 27th of May and I still haven’t received it Had an investigation as to where it may be and after 14 working days I sent a new one out but said it would be recorded to post seven working days later I emailed them to find out where it is get an email five days later to say it’s been sent by standard delivery should be with you within 8 to 12 days we’ll it still is not here Disappointed to say the least”

“Love my Nominations charm blocks. They were delivered with care and came quite quick too. I loved the wee added touch of gift bags in case the blocks were intended as a gift - they weren’t. They were allllllll for me. And I love them. Thank you so much, and I WILLbe buying more 💖”

“Finally had refund after asking 4 times as was waiting and waiting for over £100 worth of missing nomination charms since 15th April. This was 1st and last time I would use this company as was always blaming royal mail and royal.mail not have any issues as have received many online orders via royal mail within 4 to 5 days from order date and deliveries from America have arrived. You can never get hold of this company only via support e-mail which takes days to get a reply. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.”
