“I ordered a nomination bracelet and charm For my nieces first birthday the charm got sent but the bracelet didn’t I tried phoning the number online and got no answer sent an email I did receive an email back but I sent the email on Saturday today is Wednesday and I still haven’t received the bracelet my nieces birthday was yesterday and I didn’t get to give her birthday present so very disappointed”
