“The reason I have said really poor is that I order 3 charms for my daughters birthday and two of the charms were the same which I didn't order, I emailed customer support on several occasions and did not get a response as it is now too late to replace the charms I found the overall experience and lack of communication bad! I was recommended by a friend to using Joshua James as I have never order before I won't be ordering again!”
