“Very disappointed with both item, which had to be returned and customer service which were both awful. I have never had such a dreadful experience with an online shop supposedly a jewellers. No I would never use this outlet again or allow anyone i come in contact with use.”

“Well I ordered my bracelets on 23 feb 2024 for my daughter birthday but I still haven’t receive it but when I phone up they say it’s been delivered but how long is it going to take to get sorted very upset”

“I was looking for a new charm for my nomination bracelet and found this site. I had originally gone to order direct from Nomination who were charging £10 delivery!! This was free delivery and I decided to try ordering from JJ. Really glad I did, came within days, well packed to protect the link and also came with nomination packaging which I thought was great incase this was going to be a gift. Happy with my purchase and will use JJ in future”
