Ordered earrings for my daughter on 22nd November, paid extra for express delivery, card payment taken from my bank immediately but, the goods never arrived. Had problems contacting this company but, when I eventually got through they said that they would dispatch them via courier immediately. That was on 13th December, it is now 22nd December and they have still not arrived. Cannot now get in touch with them to ask them to cancel the order and refund my card payment.

I ordered a necklace and just received an empty box. They said the necklace was stapled to the invoice which 1) makes no sense when they sent out a box and 2) there was nothing stapled to the invoice. I have had multiple back and forth emails asking for a replacement before I was informed the item was out of stock because my original order had been the last one. I am yet to receive a refund and now only have a few days before a christmas to find an alternative christmas present. All in all, a very frustrating experience.

Terrible!!! No Response to my Mails and contact requests. Product is damaged. If i could, i would throw IT out the door. However, you have been sending me advertising every das since. WHAT IS IT??? THANKS FOR NOTHING

I have twice now received a bracelet that has multiple knots tangled in the chain which cannot be removed. this is such poor quality and customer service, clearly, no quality control happening before items are shipped which at the time of year when buying Xmas presents is just stress I can do without.

I placed an order on the 1st November but i typed my address wrongly, so waiting days and no one getting in touch with me i contacted them to be told i have to wait until there recieve it. 30th november and iv still not recieved my £100 order!

I was sent 1 out of the 2 charms I ordered and never received the promotion they where running. Tried several time to contact to see where the rest of my order is but had no reply weeks on.

I am still waiting for a charm I ordered on 4th October, got in touch said you would get in touch with Royal Mail. I’m still waiting! Can’t understand what’s taking so long.

Normally love Joshua James but they've really let me down. I ordered a nomination bracelet and a personalised engraved charm with a diamonte heart - got a different engraved charm instead. Took a week and 3 days to arrive and was an incorrect order. They want me to return it before they can send me another! which means I have got to give what Ive received or I have no gift to give - unhappy
