“Free delivery , arrive when stated it would, easy to order The only thing I think could improve is the item came with no gift bag and the make tour self box it did come with was so small”

“I have bought from Joshua James many times. Fast delivery if the items are in stock. I usually buy for gifts so wish that they would not arrive joined together as I then have the struggle of parting them. Not impressed that I only got small Nomination gift envelopes and no tissue paper.”

“I placed an order with European delivery to Spain. It was despatched promptly and came 2 days sooner than expected. My only gripe is that the phone customer service really lets them down. The people I spoke to on both occasions couldn't have been more miserable.”

“Fast delivery only one thing I’d say is once I purchased the items I received an email saying if I spend over £35 I could get a free bracelet but I spent over £76 with postage so I feel that I could have been sent a free bracelet on my 1st order”

“When the trollbeads came they were delightfully up to their usual standards, however, the Post Person just left them on the ground behind our blue bin - with a card through the door. I don't know why the envelope was so big - for just 2 beads?”
