“4 nomination charms ordered all of which were shown as in stock. However only 3 charms were which were dispatched within 24 hours. Received regular updates regarding 4th charm which was received today 12 days after ordering. All items well packaged and supplied with nomination tissue and gift box”

“Nomination charm lovely overall never had problem with company until now sent 3 emails changing charm only got automated reply sent original order that had to wait for not sure if would use company again 4 stars for charm 1 for lack of communication”

“After spending almost £300 you then send me a offer which includes a free tool. I always seem to miss your offers as whenever I have placed a order you send me offers. We have to go to a jewellers to get our charms put on which can be a bit awkward”

“First time using Joshua James and had trouble with the website when it came to the payment BUT I had a couple of e-mails sent to me straight away with an apology and that they had resolved the problem. I re ordered and the item was dispatched and delivered in 2 days. Will be using them again.”

“Bought for my 12 year old daughter. Its not easy to change the links but we managed with a small set (out of xmas cracker) of screwdrivers. Bought heart and her initial for starters and think it will be a pretty bracelet once she gets all the different charms. Good service from JJ.”
