“Very quick service. Would have given 5 stars except web site showed quantity of beads I wanted in stock and turned out they were not and I've had to wait for stock arriving.”

“Lovely product however would be good to have some sort of age range on the sizing of the bracelet its self as i have purchased a 16cm for mothers day but will not fit my mother as does not fit my wrist.”

“My order was exactly what I wanted and delivered quickly in time for Christmas. The bracelet was in a plastic bag inside the presentation box but I guess that was better for transport. The only way it could have been better is if engraving was offered.”

“I made a mistake with my order and paid twice through PayPal so a quick email to Joshua James & my money was refunded & 1 order cancelled. Very quick delivery. The only negative is nobody answers the phone .”

“I ordered the Sister nomination charm for (guess who?) my Sister. However I am MAN so only ordered the BIG charm which subsequently doesn't fit on the Classic bracelet. The returns policy is easy to follow and I'm posting this bag tomorrow and have already ordered the Classic charm to replace it.”

“I bought a Links of London pen for a colleagues 50th birthday. The pen was lovely however I was hugely disappointed that it came in a plastic bag rather than a presentation box. The pen wasn't cheap and so I would have expected the presentation to reflect this. A friend received a far less expensive Cross pen as a gift with a very robust and good looking box so you can just imagine my surprise. I then had the task of finding and paying more to find a suitable box as I couldn't possibly give the pen as it was. They may not be supplied by Links of London, I do appreciate that but as a company, I would highly recommend you either supply for free or at least offer an option to purchase a box if the pen is a gift.”

“I am pleased with my purchase the only criticism i I had was that I wish there had been instructions included with the purchase especially as I bought the tool to add my charms. Spent a frustrating evening trying to remove and add charms.”

“Very Pleased with my bangle and excellent customer service with regards to not having the bangle in stock which i wanted but emailing me and telling me asap and still sending out another which i had chosen for next day delivery. Excellent value for money and I would recommend to both friends and family to purchase troll items from your website.”

“Very easy to order products and delivery was prompt. I would have liked the option of the charm put on the bracelet for me as it was a gift and also gift packaging would have been lovely. I would of course have paid for this as an extra. Great service overall.”
