“Jewel was in good condition. They link all your nomination charms together which is very annoying for when you want to put them on your bracelet not all in a row. Paid for 1 day delivery and was not relievers within one day.”

“I placed an order yesterday for a Links of London necklace & a bracelet as they were on sale at a fantastic price. Immediately after ordering I got an email saying they're awaiting stock for the bracelet. The necklace was delivered this morning which was great but I'm disappointed that the bracelet was showing as being in stock when I ordered it. Hopefully it'll show up soon.”

“You sent my order out incorrectly and I was a little worried as it was a week before Xmas but you were able to correct the mistake and get the new charm out very quickly. Only thing, your mistake and it cost me to correct it”

“I was rather concerned having read reviews only after placing my order. However phone call to the company was answered promptly and e-mails responded too. Although initially out of stock my order was received within the given timescale I was advised of. I am happy with the service I received.”

“Ordered my item on Friday morning and received without no problem Saturday lunch time, tried calling them when I read the reviews and yes no answer but all in all I got what I wanted. Would probably have been an issue like the other reviews if the item was not in stock, I think the main issue here is the communication, if that was sorted I don't think there would be a problem with dealing with this company.”

“Very quick service...on part of the order. I ordered a Nomination bracelet and additional initial charm for my niece's birthday. Unfortunately, after the order had gone through I received an email informing me of a delay on the charm. It won't be here in time. I would prefer the information about availability to be given at the point of purchase , not after. I'd have chosen an alternative charm that was immediately available given the choice. Apart from this, I am very happy with the service given.”
