“My daughter loved the bracelet which arrived in time for her birthday. As I live abroad I haven't actually seen it yet.”

“I think the website is very easy to use and the products are good and value for money, I always buy nomination charms and bracelets from Joshua James,,,,, it is however annoying that I have to ask in special requirements for packaging for all charms if buying more than one as on many occasions I have ordered more than one and only received packaging for 1, assuming they are for 1 person isn't acceptable.”

“This one was fine but when I ordered a Pandora bracelet a year ago and never received it in contacted you many times and did not ever get a refund so this was very disappointing so was reluctant to order from you again”

“In the main the transaction experience was good. Only issue was that when the order was placed a message came up to say confirmation email had been sent to my email account but this did not happen until three days after the transaction ended so confusion on whether it had gone through. Staff were helpful offline so overall good but please sort out the email issue.”

“Really good bargains in the 50% off sale, very happy with the engraved item it looks lovely. I bought a Sabo charm but when I opened the hatbox it was empty, I shook the envelope but there was nothing else there, I finally found it stapled to the invoice in a little plastic bag. I would prefer the charm to be boxed when it arrives.”
