“In short, Have yet to receive my product - have waited 21 days for delivery. I am currently in contact with support team. I have waited nearly two days for a response - in which I was asked to clarify my address. I hope this can be resolved soon as I have only heard great things about Joshua James Jewellery!”

“The silver Teddy frame which was engraved was lovely and really beautifully packed. The only problem was it took longer to arrive than stated and only arrived 24 hours before the christening. Did try to ring to ask what was happening but got no reply, finally I sent an email which seemed to prompt the delivery. Hence the 4 stars.”
