“Ordered 2 charms for a birthday gift upon receiving one of them I realised it was a duplicate gift so I emailed JJ was told to return item and I could have an exchange or refund. I received my refund within 4 days of posting the charm back to them absolutely fabulous service would highly recommend.”

“My order of Nomination earrings was quick and easy to order, delivery time was good. Packaged well, my only gripe would be a Nomination earing box to go with the bag instead of the pouch was preferred and would have made 5 stars”
