“Good initial service but the first T shirt was the wrong colour (my fault apparently) so it was returned on 4th March for a refund and another ordered. The returned item was delivered to them on 6th March and I am still waiting for the refund 6 days later. They said the delay was because I sent an image of the wrong tracking number initially...but I never sent a tracking number until I chased up again on 9th March. 3 Days later I am still waiting for confirmation of my refund. Not great.”

“Jules B online is a great website , it is well set out and very easy to use . The communication / updates are also very efficient . I’m lucky enough to be able to go to the Jesmond shop , one of my favourite places to find designer pieces as a treat . I especially love the shoe selection , some unusual designs on sale !”
