“staff in Kendal stores exceptional. Ordering online is different i.e. sizes arent always true to norm. Bought High blouses. Two different blouses, two different sizes. The model isnt always show wearing the garment and an idea of length or bust size of article would be helpful. Questions answered online but there is always an obvious time delay.”
