“This company keep a lot of brands I like particularly Crea Concept. Ordering the correct size is tricky with this make. In order to get the size I wanted I had to make two returns at a total cost of £17.80 because I live in Northern Ireland which is still part of the UK but penalised because it is not the mainland by offering no free or reduced rate returns. This would make me shop elsewhere.”
