“My only issue was the functionality to collect my online purchase from the shop was disabled meaning I had to select Royal Mail. Minor but an irritation because other than that the website was efficient.”

“love juelsb, quality is very good, the service is excellent, you always feel that little bit special when wearing juelsb cloths, I miss shopping in store under these unsettling times it’s always nice to try before you buy and I’m sure we’ll come out of this pandemic stronger, The service with juelsb online is excellent it’s better than any online shopping I’ve done and the delivery is fast (next day).. easy returns and very helpful on the phone with any questions, It’s like being pampered shopping in one of juelsb shops...fab shops fabs cloths.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews and have never bought a pair of lofina boots before because of the price tag mainly but i absolutely adore the styles. I have to say they are tge nicest , softest leather and i have had loads of compliments since buying them. They are clumpy yet neat and so light to wear. Love them well worth the money and wont be the last pair that that i buy. Jules B were brilliant , great prompt service and the boots came really well packaged no plastics which i was chuffed about will use Jules B again without doubt”
