“Utterly useless customer service. On asking help regarding which size to pick, the assistant merely read to me the customer reviews available online (which I can equally read and in fact had). No knowledge of actual item or brand, so unable to help with my queries on sizing. Did I just get the wrong person? I hope so. Really disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time.”

“Hideous customer service, returned an item after wearing it twice with hole under arm. Was returned to me after calling me a liar and stating it wasn't a fault with the item and blaming me. Have spent £10s of thousands over the years with JulesB and will never set foot in store or shop online with them again.”

“Ordered size 11 trainers, received size 7 trainers in size 11 boxes. Customer service has been poor with minimal contact from them despite advising me they would follow up ASAP. I’m still waiting on a response to my latest email. The trainers themselves would be fine if they were the correct size.”
