“I was very impressed with the ease of ordering, packed well. The first coat I got was too small so I had to return it, labels and self sealing box supplied and £2.50 postage deducted of immediate refund. Very easy and good return postage cost. New one arrived in good time and fits perfectly. Only thing I would say was that if you searched the jacket from the start it was full price, if you looked in the Sale Items it was £35 cheaper for identical item. Overall a very comment worthy experience, couldn't have been easier and excellent service.”
