“very rapid preparation after ordering, and excellent follow-up. VAT and custom costs quite expensive, thanks to brexit :-( delivery not optimal: parcel was not delivered at the indicated address although somebody was home. Not the first time with this company (UPS)”

“Lovely item but sadly arrived a few days after ordering despite requesting and paying for next day delivery. These are difficult times for everyone so we all have to give a little bit just to say - double check delivery if needed in a hurry. I will say again - very lovely item. I am pleased with it, thank you”
