“Love the way the clothes are packed - in a box with tissue paper. Delivery was very prompt. And I know that it is very easy to return items... just repack the item in the box; reuse the plastic envelope and stick the post office return label on the package. Minimal cost to do so. But I did not return either of the dresses I bought. They are so lovely.”

“The postage paid return is not free, which I hadn’t realised. So £2.50 will be deducted from my refund. As this is an independent company rather than a large corporation this seems fair.”
