“I originally ordered size 14 which has fitted in other Barbour styles, but it was too big so I rang customer service and they were happy to cancel the order and gave a complete and very prompt refund, including delivery costs. I re-ordered in size 12, and it was delivered two days later. Excellent service all round, and I'd definitely order from Jules B again, and recommend them.”

“Joules B always deliver the goods on time and well presented. Although the polo was larger than I expected this can be a fault of Paul Smith products. . Paul Smith would be a more popular brand if they catered for a more muscular / athletic look.”

“Great Service and great packaging - an experience every time. Stock items recently have been problematical - out of stock quickly and website often not in sync with the situation on number of items recently - frustrating but 9 out of 10 they items and the size can be available”
