“Not happy really, as pashmina I ordered had to be returned because the colour was not true to the one shown on website. I was told I would not be deducted for returned postage but was!!”

“Although the wrong item was despatched to me, the way you handled the issue I cannot fault. You did not have the coat in stock when the wrong item was delivered but you did manage to locate one for me, unfortunately I needed it for a specific date. Your customer service is really good and I would certainly use you again.”

“Jules B are excellent; their products / presentation and packaging are superb. The web site is problematical at times. Delivery selection needs care & you have to be vigilant to ensure "offers" register at checkout. One annoying aspect is that you don't receive email confirmation of orders placed, or when delivery is expected.”

“My delivery was very late which is unlike Jules B. They therefore refunded my postage. They also forgot to put one of my items in a box that it should have come with and again, they have forward this to me. Customer service is always brilliant, especially from Dean. He's always so obliging.”

“For customer service, the attention to detail was, as always, first class. The notification and speed of delivery were excellent. The packaging felt luxurious and carefully prepared. The only slight concern was the product had changed slightly in design from the many pairs that I have bought in the past. The boots now have a redesigned toe which sees them now more rounded than I prefer.”

“Very helpful and for a technophobe, straightforward ordering online. I did have a problem with delivery however. Having paid more for designated day, package dispatched too early and we were not at home and had a problem tracking it down. It happened to be Black Friday so was probably manic!”
