“Jules B is always fast and reliable and accurate. Being an international buyer, this one got valued quite high for customs, so there was a large fee to pay on delivery, but that isn't Jules B fault, but the rules of international purchasing and volatility of currency between the two countries.”

“The Jules B delivery service is super in that I did receive the dress very rapidly . The service is super as long as the item delivered is to the customer’s satisfaction . In my case the dress is too big and I find the size chart was not accurate . All my Crea Concept already owned dresses ( including one purchased through Jules B three years ago ) are a French size 44 . Based on this , I ordered a dress size 16 UK . The dress is really too big . I am upset that sending back the dress ( to exchange it for a size smaller ) should cost me money thus rendering the cost of my purchase higher . I only hope the dress in a smaller size will meet my satisfaction .”

“Great customer service when I had an issue when the wrong item was sent. It was replaced and I'm a happy camper :) Good selection of items and often have offers on so I choose to buy here rather than other high street stores. The only thing I would like is free returns as the postage out plus returns charged at £2.50 (plus insurance) can be expensive and off-putting when buying by mail order if you are not sure of sizing.”
