“The Jules B mail order system worked very well apart from a couple of minor glitches when I needed to use the returns system. Firstly I rang the customer care number within the published times only to get a recorded message to say "our stores are now closed...". When I ran later I asked about dropping the returned item at the Jules B shop but was told this wasn't possible, even though the website said it is. This was corrected quickly and politely when I pointed it out.”

“I have ordered in the past and everything fine. This problem with the necklace would not have been easy to see, only that it was sharp and caught my finger, otherwise I would not have noticed. Not worth returning as I bought in sale. Will order again as delivery and service very good generally.”
