“Jules B started me on my journey to buying better quality fashion that is both quality and beautifully designed. It also lasts a long time. I am obsessed with Oska. I have had just the best customer service ever. I actually loved the staff over the years. The were more than shop assistants. They gave and still give their best help and advice to every customer. Jules B is my favourite shop of all. Thank you so much for all the help and kindness.”

“I love the dress, but not the packaging. The parcel arrived half ripped and the dress inside was not wrapped in anything. Amazingly, it was not damaged. A £5 article from Vinted is better wrapped than your £450 dress. Disappointing!”

“The top was a present and my nephew loved it. However, I missed his birthday because the 24 hour delivery ended up being 72 hours even though I paid extra. I was not happy. This is the first time it has happened at Jules B in fairness.”

“Really fast delivery and it’s great when you get offers or discounts. I wasn’t sure this site was legit but so far it’s been great. The packaging isn’t as fancy as if you order direct from the brand but it’s still good.”

“I have dealt with Jules B many times over the years and have never been disappointed with the service - even refunds are dealt with the minimum of fuss. Apart from the product catalogue range , one thing i like is the packaging - your purchase arrives in a protective cardboard box wrapped in lightweight paper. Some companies have gone down the minimalist "green" packaging but at least with this company you feel that in the packaging they appreciate your business.”

“Buying on line from this company was easy and quick delivery, packaged nice although a little surprised the chain and the zip ends were not protected as usually quality expensive items are to avoid damage and a little disappointed that you don't get the item boxed in the coloured Holland Cooper box but I guess that's because I didn't buy direct.”
