“Good morning, I have been trying to return this item to you since Monday. I have followed your link to try and return via the post office but it will not let me print the label, I have attempted this numerous times. I have also emailed your customer service email at customercare@jlesb.co.uk had no confirmation that the email has been received. I have emailed twice. If you could respond it would be appreciated.”

“I’m delighted with the Holland And Cooper scarf I ordered. It’s a lovely quality and something I’ll have for years. I got a discount on it which was encouraging. I will miss the Kendal store but the delivery service was good so I wouldn’t hesitate to order online again.”
