“The service was very good .. I ordered by mistake X/L instead of L. I rang the customer service number and the Lovely lady I spoke to amended the order and I received the shorts in a size large in a couple of days .. thank you”

“Good web site photos and delivery was as expected ( very punctual )and garment well packaged . I have bought several pieces from Jules B and trust purchasing from Jules B and am never disappointed in product and rarely have to return for fit .Product is always well photographed and described .Occasionally it would be useful to have care instructions as sometimes they are not on description .”
