“Disappointed by Misleading Product Description and Lack of Accountability
I recently ordered a Twinset pleated jumpsuit from Julian Fashion and was extremely disappointed with the item I received. The garment was significantly more transparent and longer than what was depicted on the product page. These are not minor subjective issues — they are fundamental aspects of the product’s wearability and should have been clearly disclosed or shown through accurate imagery and detailed descriptions.
When I raised these concerns with customer service, I was met with repeated references to their internal return policy, despite citing relevant consumer protection laws (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Rather than acknowledging the possibility of an oversight in their product presentation, they insisted that return shipping and customs fees — totaling £32 — would be deducted from my refund.
Their stance seems to disregard basic consumer rights regarding accurate product descriptions and fair treatment. Transparency and accountability should not be optional, especially for a luxury retailer. It's disappointing that a company positioning itself as a premium brand does not extend that same level of quality to its customer service or integrity in product marketing.
I attempted to resolve the issue amicably and was open to further purchases with Julian Fashion, but this experience has left me with little trust. I would caution others to shop with care — and ask many questions before purchasing, as the responsibility for misleading listings appears to fall entirely on the customer.”

THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE, AND TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST IF I WANTED TO RETURN IT.
THEY TOLD ME THAT RETURN SHIPPING COST WOULD BE 35 EUROS. (US$38).
I PAID US$187 (173 EUROS) FOR THE TRACK JACKET....AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE RETURNED JACKET, THEY REFUNDED ME US$67 (62 EUROS),
THAT IS A CRIME !!! UNBELIEVABLE CRIMINAL !!!

I was informed me that I would be responsible for the customs fees, shipping, and return shipping fees, which I anticipated to be somewhat costly. And I was told they would provide the customs documents with the amount paid as proof upon the delivery of the return. Despite my expectations, the return process turned out to be way more expensive than I was told. When I received my refund, I noticed that I was charged over $100 more than it should be, and there was no refund amount mentioned in their refund confirmation email, and I never received any such import duties documents they promised.
This experience has seriously led me to believe that this company might be engaging in questionable practices. I strongly advise others to stay away from Julian Fashion – this feels like a scam!”

I have purchased a Thom Browne jacket for 1600 Euro and the size doesn’t fit and ask for a return. And the return surprisingly costs me around 45 euro shipping fee plus 200 euro custom fee. There's a reason that nobody knows who "Julian Fashion" is, and with experiences like mine, they'll most likely stay this way and NEVER GROW! I also want to note that the customer service rep, Margherita Gambi, is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. SHE HAS NO BUSINESS DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS! Easily the most abominable online experience, PERIOD!”
“So I bought 2 items from this boutique last week and their prices are not bad. When I received the package, I was asked to pay an additional $200 for taxes. I was super shocked and had no idea the tax was 20%. I then refused the package from the shipper, then DHL called me stating that the website would not agree to paying shipping back to them which was totally fine I knew I had to pay for shipping. Moving forward, I emailed to let them know that the package was being sent back to them due to the high fee.. The costumer service WAS TERRIBLE. they told me they would CHARGE ME FOR USA, AND EUROPE CUSTOM FEES, AS WELL AS SHIPPING WHICH WAS GOING TO BASICALLY GIVE ME BACK $300 OUT OF $1000 REFUND. Unbelievable. first of all THERE IS NO IMPORT FEES ON RETURNED ITEMS. this was confirmed to me by the Customs officer who I spoke to initially. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF STAY AWAY. DHL confirmed that once a package is labeled returned EUROPE does not charge import fees, and not to mention, why would they charge me for USA IMPORT FEES?????? ON A RETURNED ITEM ??/ USA IS NOT CHARGING THEM. After I confronted whoever was emailing me about this information, they blocked me and stopped responding. THIS REALLY WHAT PISSED ME OFF, THEY CLAIM THEY ACCEPT RETURNS BUT THEN CHOP OFF YOUR REFUND TOTAL SO YOU'RE STOCK WITH THE PURCHASE. IF YOU ARE FROM USA DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”
