“The jacket is great but I would strongly recommend changing the shipping company from Canpar to another company. After it was in my area, it took me a week to track it down and dealt with a bunch of inept customer service people and then had to drive 40 Kms. There and back to finally get it. Makes me wonder if I really want to order from you again and put myself through this again.”

Unfortunately you decided to drop the price $10.00 since I ordered and received the product. There should be a program in place where a refund is given if this happens.
If you don’t want to give cash refunds then it should be equivalent in points.”
