I ordered 2 dozen Callaway golf balls and received 21 golf balls shipped to me in a zip lock baggie. Professional... not so much. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a resolution. At the least I would appreciate getting the remaining 3 balls, but looking for them in a mfrs sleeve may be too much to expect.

Very poor cudtomer service, they don't even know anything about the products they sell, they sell golf clubs but don't even know what a "shaft" is, don't know what a 3 wood is either, and very hard to understand them. When they give a refund for a purchase they won't refund the shipping cost??

I am not sure what happened but I paid for it all, it got shipped , was out for delivery then I got an email saying it had all been returned. Weird.

Short ...order 36 receive 32 ...golf glove ...order 6 lefty...receive 2 lefty and 4 wrong hand....no answer to my emails...cost me 22$ to return merchandise..

I’ve purchased regularly from this site but wil not again. I can totally appreciate being responsible for shipping when returning an item, however your excessive return fee above the cost of shipping (in some cases almost half the value of the purchase) is just theft. Goodbye Just Golf Stuff.

Size was wrong. Colour was wrong. Refund info was wrong. The refund policy was misleading...clothing price is $60 plus tax..shipping, restocking, fees totalled a refund of $15. Good lord. I wont be ordering again. Lesson learned!

Sent wrong item and after waiting almost 14 days and three emails not willing to ship back at my expense. Absolutely terrible service and will never buy or advise anyone else to purchase even a golf tee from your store.

Not very happy. Asking for photo ID to verify who I am and then cancelling my order? I am sorry. I don't share photo ID over an insecure channel. I will gladly show upon delivery or verify my identity in some other way. Rachel was not very helpful. I have ordered a few times in recent months. Probably won't order again. How do I verify that it is actually Golf Stuff contacting me? Lots of fraud happening out there. Don't ask from me what you won't provide to me. Andy vanBruinessen

Frustrating to order items and you charge my credit card and then never ship it . Then the onus is on me to continually follow up to get updates and then advocate for a refund . Your system should be more efficient to reflect actual inventory levels , and have a check and balance in place to follow up if orders are outstanding . Then be proactive to generate a refund .

The worst customer experience of any company I've ever dealt with. Mu purchase wasn't a demo putter it was a well used an abused putter. There was a sticky substance all over the grip and shaft, which led to ruining the grip trying to clean it. The putter head has dings and knicks in it. Sent an email to only get ignored. I'll never shop here again. I've already saved a few friends from risking their hard earned money

Not impressed with your level of service and your return policy. Found a golf bag cheaper elsewhere and you never even offered to match the price. I used to think this was the best place to purchase golf related items but rethinking that moving forward.
