“Unbelievable POOR customer service Never deal with these guys. My son bought a new set of clubs 4 months ago and a couple weeks ago the fairway wood failed. The glue failed and the head flew off the shaft into some nasty bush and we cannot find it. I contacted customer service and they haven’t helped out at all, won’t even respond to my email. I’ve sent pictures proving it and nobody there seems to care. I have contacted the club manufacturer and let them know what kind of support this vendor gives to customers. My 12 year old son bought these with his own hard earned money that he saved up on his own and then get defective products that seller won’t stand behind is very upsetting.”
“Paid for rush delivery shoes sat unshipped for 4 days, we left for vacation as their customer service agent was told several times when trying g to resolve this. Came home to email saying shoes delivered but nothing in door step. Not unexpected sitting out for a week. Will have to be a great deal before I shop here ever again”

“Just Golf Stuff processed my order correctly, and the quality of the Levelwear shirts purchased were somewhat surprisingly good ( surprisingly only because of the quite low price). Where JGS screws up is using the gong show quality shipper GLS. Incredibly incompetent GLS shipments take at least 3 times as long as their competitors to travel the same distance, has no workable system to reliably track a shipment, and do not respond to inquiries re wherabouts of a shipment. This badly reflects on GLS, as the order was placed with JGS, and JGS gets to wear my dissatisfaction. As JGS has advised they will continue to use GLS as one of their preferred shipping companies, they are only hurting their brand by such an association with incompetence.”
