“Just Golf Stuff processed my order correctly, and the quality of the Levelwear shirts purchased were somewhat surprisingly good ( surprisingly only because of the quite low price). Where JGS screws up is using the gong show quality shipper GLS. Incredibly incompetent GLS shipments take at least 3 times as long as their competitors to travel the same distance, has no workable system to reliably track a shipment, and do not respond to inquiries re wherabouts of a shipment. This badly reflects on GLS, as the order was placed with JGS, and JGS gets to wear my dissatisfaction. As JGS has advised they will continue to use GLS as one of their preferred shipping companies, they are only hurting their brand by such an association with incompetence.”

“Sorry to say that the delivery was made to the incorrect address . My address is 70 easy st and the delivery was made to 70 twin tree which is not even close to my area . It was fortunate that my phone number was on the shipping label and the person at that address was gracious enough to call me and allowed me to pick up the parcel .
Disappointing but important for you to know that your delivery service driver was not diligent in their duty and it’s egregious.”
“I had ordered golf shoes to be informed that they were out of stock, a week later. No problems with the refund. I then ordered an other pair that were never delivered. I have send 3 emails to customer support, receiving a confirmation, and haven’t had any follow up. Very poor customer service!!!”
“I learned from my previous purchase of a refurbished electric golf cart, described as in almost new condition. IT turned out to be an used, uncleaned, damaged cart. This experience deters me from buying any refurbished and recycled from this website. There is no place on the website where you can leave a rating of the product - so, I wonder where its posted ratings come from. Furthermore, I now have to do extensive research to verify advertised items, for its authenticity. Overall, the price is good but very extensive caveat emptor.”
