Reached out within 5 minutes of ordering (by voicemail and email) to correct an incorrect address and was not helped in time. Never received a phone call back and the rep told me by email to follow up when the package wouldn’t be delivered successfully. But it was left at the incorrect address by the courier without confirmation at the door. Was never replied to after the fact to pursue any type of correction. I understand it was a mistake in the ordering that it used an old address on file for the delivery, but the lack of communication to amend this was unacceptable.
Horrible experience and won’t be buying from you again.”
“I’ve placed an order and was cancelled by the courier. Just Golf Stuff did not provide the courier their address for pickup and I did not get 1. A refund, 2. Email indicating of this issue, 3. I’ve called and used email asking for a status, and 4. My items have not been delivered. I still have not heard back. The courier I’ve called does not know what’s going on with receiving an address to pick up the merchandise for delivery. Just Golf Stuff ripped me off of over $120. Buyer beware! Scam alert!”

“Very poor service, I won’t recommend to anyone. I originally purchased a pants along with other items. I received all of the items in the order except for the pants. After calling and emailing customer service several times I eventually asked for a refund for the pants because they were not able to get a response from their vendor, I also had to make several calls to get my refund.
I really wanted the pants because it was a good price so I repurchased the item after receiving my refund. A few days after placing the order I received a ship notification. Three weeks later the item was never picked up by the courier. After emailing customer service for the past few weeks again I requested a refund for the same item because their vendor wasn’t responding to enquires.
That’s it. I will never purchase anything from these guys again.”
