Pretty hard to write a review on something that I haven't received yet. This was ordered and paid for over a month ago, but it still hasn't arrived. I have sent 2 emails to support to advise of this and no response. I responded to this review 4 days ago to advise of this again, and still no response. What does it take to have someone follow up on this? I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years now, and have never had any issues until this time, but I am not very impressed with how my requests have been completely ignored.

Just Golf Stuff - You asked for my review of the Northern Spirit Putter that I purchased early November 2022. I liked it !! However, I broke or should I say that a piece of the putter broke off. I've written a letter to you asking for HELP. Still waiting Oh ya - I'm 70 years old and still hit my drive 225. Nice.

The products are great but delivery takes longer than it says and customer service seems to be completely lacking

Hi I ordered white/slate Colour , but received black/slate. They agreed for mistake, and I returned product on Nov.1 I waiting for refund now.

We ended up with a refund! The quality of the item was good but the sizes were incorrect! They were certainly not set to North American standards. My wife normally wears a medium and we ordered a large since we figured (coming from China) it would be small. It was way too small so we tried for an exchange but you guys said to request a refund. It cost $21 to return the item. Needless to say we will NOT be buying any clothing from you. Amazon has a FREE return policy, maybe you should consider it. Steve & Nancy Collins

I ordered a rai suit and was sent 2 jackets and no pants, took me 3 weeks of emails and calls to actually speak to someone to rectify. I was sent a shipping label to return one jacket which I dropped at the post office the next day…to find out it needed to go to Canpar…now it may be lost…I’m unimpressed thus far and it’s been several weeks and still no pants

Not happy at all! The package and case provided is labeled "PELZ GOLF Putting Tutor" but the contents are a different product, the label on the product is "puttmon aid". I emailed Just golf stuff twice and have not received a response as yet, an auto response was sent to me indicating they have forwarded my inquiry to someone......... still waiting.... maybe someone is not responsive or doesn't exist.

I ordered two pairs of size ten shoes. When I received confirmation, the order said size eight but I really had to look for it. I called right away .... still awaiting a phone response (many weeks later) despite them saying they would call back in 48 hours. I then sent an email and received a response two days later. They do not offer exchanges and I had to return the shoes, at my expense ($34) in order to get a return.

Pants were not made to specified size , extremely short for inseam . Unwearable so returned! My last order from this site.

Extremely disappointed with my purchase. Ordered 2 pants, the grey pair were perfect, the black pair were obviously returned at some point, no tags and the rear left pocket had 4 small slices in it. I will try to add a photo. Found trying to find information for a return challenging.

This is my second issue with Just Golf Stuff. 1st order, I ordered a right-handed club and received a left one. They make you pay for return postage, which costs more than the club, with no concessions or credit option. The second and last order I will ever purchase from this company! I purchased golf shoes size 10 1/2 and received 7 1/2. I will be out of luck to return for a refund or exchange because of the cost. If you are lucky to get what you ordered, great, if not service is terrible at least it was for me, I usually have great success with online purchases, please note this is my first-ever review, be-warned.

No response from customer support! Bought a set of Callaway clubs for my son. One club is damaged already sfter 4 rounds. No one has ever reached out to me after countless emails!

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on September 17, 2022. which was to be delivered within 5-7 business days, "unless stated otherwise". I asked for an update on September 28, 2022, and did not receive the courtesy of a reply. I asked for another update on October 2, 2022, and wrote that if the item is out of stock, to please provide an update and accept that email as my cancellation and refund request. Again with no response from this company. It is now October 17, 2022, and this customer review is the first contact I've received from Just Golf Stuff. No clubs delivered to date and no refund yet. I've had to submit a "dispute" with my credit card company to get my money back.

I purchased these club, and after playing one round of best ball, and a small bucket of balls at the range, the driver got badly dented. I’ve tried to get someone to help me with this, with no reply. I’m totally dissatisfied with my purchase.

I was trying to use my points to pay for shipping. Some how ordered the same product twice. Then was charged for shipping twice for each product that came in the same delivery bag. I'm afraid to buy anything now.

Site said it would ship 5-7 business days. Item never shipped after waiting for almost a month. Whole time I was emailing and calling fie an update and it wasnt until I wanted a refund that I would get a response. You guys have THE WORST customer service and I will never purchase or recommend you to anyone.

Twice I ordered the shirt I wanted and twice I got the wrong one!!😡 Have left numerous voice mails and sent emails to correct the situation but have received no responses!! Sent both shirts back and still no credit on my Visa!! What’s going on over there!! Very, very disappointed!!

BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - First off all of my order was delivered in full and free of damages. HOWEVER the shorts were too small. I have now been chasing them for weeks with 4 email follow ups to try to get a response to return or exchange the shorts. Nothing....no response. Worst customer service I have experienced lately and that is saying a lot with the current service landscape. I do not recommend buying from them unless you are 100% sure on your product or size.
