Went through the process to EXCHANGE the shirt not asking for my money back yet was going to be charged over $18 for shipping fees yet the order was free shipping originally. Talked with support and they had no solutions and said thats their policy so now the shirt sits as a waste of money. Never again. Brutal customer service. This review is asking how long it took to get a refund yet I never did receive one...comical.”
“I initially purchased my clubs on order #121963. I received an email for a 5% discount on the clubs. Order canceled by Jonnah Support and was asked to reprocess to apply discount. could not apply the discount. reordered on order # 122015. Received clubs, bag itself has discolouration and excess glue on edge. I sent pics of problem and did not receive any feedback. I also called number on shipping label. Company named underpar left number, details and also sent email with again no response!!!”
“Needed a set of clubs for vacation. Should have been shipped on a Friday.. nope nothing all weekend. Call Monday. They have idea what’s going on. Made it there up most priority to solve. Nothing for 48hrs call back again. Now suddenly it’s back ordered… took 2 days of highest priority to figure that out and still didn’t tell the me had to call back! What a joke. Talked to the same lady several times refusing to admit that we ever even talked RACHEL!! Biggest headache ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL. Got the clubs after my vacation was done. Top notch customer service… all the thumbs down.”

“I really liked the stuff you offered and the prices. However, I never received my first order and the pants I ordered were labeled wrong and the wrong size. I received a refund to my credit card but that credit card was compromised so I never got my money back on the returned goods. I sent a message but got no response!!!!”
“To be fair, the actual online ordering process was good. The rest that followed was technically out of JGS hands, but part and parcel of the overall experience.
I had twice previously ordered from JGS and received my items in a somewhat orderly time frame. However, this last order took 46 days and was sent out twice. The address was the same as the previous two orders before, but some how the delivery service was adamant that the address was incorrect.
I pointed out that the service was at a level of incompetency, that was unfathomable, as it should not take 46 days to get from Ontario to Alberta. I had to point out that as a delivery service, your job is to deliver. To have the drivers be unaware of a simple Google search which revealed the exact location, the same location that they had managed to find twice before, is one of the reasons that Amazon has been so successful.
Promise less, deliver more.”

“I ordered 2 dozen Callaway golf balls and received 21 golf balls shipped to me in a zip lock baggie. Professional... not so much. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a resolution. At the least I would appreciate getting the remaining 3 balls, but looking for them in a mfrs sleeve may be too much to expect.”
“Very poor cudtomer service, they don't even know anything about the products they sell, they sell golf clubs but don't even know what a "shaft" is, don't know what a 3 wood is either, and very hard to understand them. When they give a refund for a purchase they won't refund the shipping cost??”
