I will gladly show upon delivery or verify my identity in some other way. Rachel was not very helpful. I have ordered a few times in recent months. Probably won't order again. How do I verify that it is actually Golf Stuff contacting me? Lots of fraud happening out there. Don't ask from me what you won't provide to me.

“Frustrating to order items and you charge my credit card and then never ship it . Then the onus is on me to continually follow up to get updates and then advocate for a refund . Your system should be more efficient to reflect actual inventory levels , and have a check and balance in place to follow up if orders are outstanding . Then be proactive to generate a refund .”
“The worst customer experience of any company I've ever dealt with. Mu purchase wasn't a demo putter it was a well used an abused putter. There was a sticky substance all over the grip and shaft, which led to ruining the grip trying to clean it. The putter head has dings and knicks in it. Sent an email to only get ignored. I'll never shop here again. I've already saved a few friends from risking their hard earned money”
