Ça fais trois fois que j explique mon cas, donc, quand tu te fais remboursé 26$ de moins parce que le short de golf est trop grand, moi je trouve ça impardonnable. Donc, pu jamais j acheterai sur votre site internet. Merci quand même 😆

Not very happy. Asking for photo ID to verify who I am and then cancelling my order? I am sorry. I don't share photo ID over an insecure channel. I will gladly show upon delivery or verify my identity in some other way. Rachel was not very helpful. I have ordered a few times in recent months. Probably won't order again. How do I verify that it is actually Golf Stuff contacting me? Lots of fraud happening out there. Don't ask from me what you won't provide to me. Andy vanBruinessen

Frustrating to order items and you charge my credit card and then never ship it . Then the onus is on me to continually follow up to get updates and then advocate for a refund . Your system should be more efficient to reflect actual inventory levels , and have a check and balance in place to follow up if orders are outstanding . Then be proactive to generate a refund .

The worst customer experience of any company I've ever dealt with. Mu purchase wasn't a demo putter it was a well used an abused putter. There was a sticky substance all over the grip and shaft, which led to ruining the grip trying to clean it. The putter head has dings and knicks in it. Sent an email to only get ignored. I'll never shop here again. I've already saved a few friends from risking their hard earned money

Not impressed with your level of service and your return policy. Found a golf bag cheaper elsewhere and you never even offered to match the price. I used to think this was the best place to purchase golf related items but rethinking that moving forward.

Poor package, poor quality. Package without any protection. Item has two surface breaks. Overall, I'm not satisfied at all.

The worst online company. Can't return items for full price in the event the itme doesn't fit properly? Unheard of these days and Just Golf customer service needs some help. I will avoid this company at all costs.

Never received my order. Emailed many times to ask when it would arrive. Finally found out it was out of stock and was not being shipped. Would rather buy from a place that answers emails.

Half of my order never arrived and support just kept telling me it will come soon, even after a month. This company has no phone number and support was useless so I was left with no option but to have my credit card company dispute the charges.

"Just Golf Stuff sold me the Bag Boy Revolver cart bag, which unfortunately arrived defective. While the company acknowledged the bag's flaws in several email correspondences, their promises to replace the bag or credit my Visa card were unfulfilled. Despite my repeated requests across four separate communications, they refused to issue the promised credit and declined to provide a return shipping label for the faulty golf bag. This lack of accountability and failure to rectify the situation showcases a disappointing and unsatisfactory level of customer service. Overall, my experience with Just Golf Stuff has been incredibly frustrating, making it one of the most disappointing and unreliable companies I've encountered."

Shoe size is inaccurate Went through the process of exchange to a size 8.5 still too small I need a size 9, however the shoes have been worn in an attempt to stretch Very frustrating experience Not at all satified

The product was not as described. The Adidas golf shoes were supposed to be wide, but they were regular fit. Plus, you made me send them back at my cost, even though Just Golf Stuff made the error. I have unsubscribed from you sites. GOOD BYE

Ordered balls they were damaged in shipping spent more than a month waiting for them only to have my money partially refunded instead of just sending me a new order
