I have had nothing but problems on two orders. One has still not shipped but pacakaged and ready for shipping since November 25th. Sent about 5 emails to customer service with no answer second one took over three weeks to answer me. Then another two weeks to send the return label for a full refund. Sent back Dec 12 and on Jan 4 sent me a replacement instead of a refund. I buy a lot from this site but Custer service is horrible.

Your services are disappointing. Product information is limited, and you don't even respond when I ask you for more detailed product information. Recently, I returned one item of my order. I asked you about detailed how-to, but you didn't respond. I repeatedly asked you, but you never got back to me. So I just returned the item and you received it (I have the signature of the person who received the parcel), but you're not even confirming the receipt. I really wonder if this is normal with you.

An item that is selling has no warning that sizes smaller than regular size, return the shoe that didn't fit you have to pay the shipping, bad return policy, and very difficult communication, you have to communicate through messenger otherwise on-site you have to have a complaint to ask if they are in business and you get to respond, cost me $30.00 to return a pairs of shoes, not even my fault. I buy lots of stuff online, this is one of the sites that I may have to avoid buying.

Never had a problem with deliveries from golf stuff till last December. Then the delivery company googles my address and tells me my address is not on google so it is wrong. Never got parcel. 15% off next purchase that may or may not get delivered. Have had no feed back since and will not/cannot order until delivery is resolved. Seems you don't care, have had no contact since.

I received the wrong handed (ordered right received left) 6 pack of Callaway golf gloves on November 30, 2022, I immediately sent an email to customer service relating the error with the order delivery. I have since sent 6 follow-up emails requesting action. It is January 4th, 2023 and I have not received any return label or have been sent the correct order. Seems that the customer service department does not respond and my "complete satisfaction" is just words and no action, I now have 6 golf gloves that I can't use due to an error in the order delivery.

Gloves were not a Large size of normal golf gloves,ore like a medium. Would not take them back, I am not paying for shipping back when they are not the correct sizing. I will never buy from just golf again

Unfortunately I did not receive what I ordered and no exchange was offered....but I could return the items and re-order what I had originally ordered and MAYBE I would receive what I re-ordered this time. I wasn't too confident the re-order would be handled correctly, so I have kept the item and indicated I would never order from this company again!!!

Pretty hard to write a review on something that I haven't received yet. This was ordered and paid for over a month ago, but it still hasn't arrived. I have sent 2 emails to support to advise of this and no response. I responded to this review 4 days ago to advise of this again, and still no response. What does it take to have someone follow up on this? I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years now, and have never had any issues until this time, but I am not very impressed with how my requests have been completely ignored.

Just Golf Stuff - You asked for my review of the Northern Spirit Putter that I purchased early November 2022. I liked it !! However, I broke or should I say that a piece of the putter broke off. I've written a letter to you asking for HELP. Still waiting Oh ya - I'm 70 years old and still hit my drive 225. Nice.

We ended up with a refund! The quality of the item was good but the sizes were incorrect! They were certainly not set to North American standards. My wife normally wears a medium and we ordered a large since we figured (coming from China) it would be small. It was way too small so we tried for an exchange but you guys said to request a refund. It cost $21 to return the item. Needless to say we will NOT be buying any clothing from you. Amazon has a FREE return policy, maybe you should consider it. Steve & Nancy Collins

I ordered a rai suit and was sent 2 jackets and no pants, took me 3 weeks of emails and calls to actually speak to someone to rectify. I was sent a shipping label to return one jacket which I dropped at the post office the next day…to find out it needed to go to Canpar…now it may be lost…I’m unimpressed thus far and it’s been several weeks and still no pants

Not happy at all! The package and case provided is labeled "PELZ GOLF Putting Tutor" but the contents are a different product, the label on the product is "puttmon aid". I emailed Just golf stuff twice and have not received a response as yet, an auto response was sent to me indicating they have forwarded my inquiry to someone......... still waiting.... maybe someone is not responsive or doesn't exist.
