“I am quite happy with the Cobra Driver that I ordered and received. However, the information that I received about the order's expected arrival timeline was lacking. When the item arrived, there was little padding in the box and the Driver was bouncing around inside the box. Looking at the labels, it appeared that this item may have been shipped to and returned by someone else. The other disappointing thing was that no adjustment tool came with this adjustable Driver. I always say, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression".”

“I ordered the Green/Silver Belt actually I made this purchase mostly because of the belt. I wanted both belts I ordered. Only received the Red belt the one I didn't really need.
If I order just the belt I will have to pay for delivery. That's really not right. I received my whole order, minus my belt.

“Zero issues with overall service… but bought a mystery box and received all the clothing styles that nobody wants. I totally understand the concept behind the mystery (it’s a gamble and you get what you get) and the idea behind offloading items from a business perspective… but when the clothing looks like a Jackson pollock painting, there’s a reason it doesn’t sell. Advice: give a preview of all possible items, not just the brand names. That said, service is 5star… but products are 1star.”
“I have already filled out a survey but just to say again. Product sent was great value for the cost of the Mystery Box. While I had selected "dark" so it would be colours my husband would wear (he is a grey, blue, black guy) what was sent was rose and teal colours, except the hats which were both black. Go figure. Was going to return and get them to send correct colour package but they had "sold out" by then so it was a straight return. I showed him the shorts and he said he would give them a go so I kept the package. With part of his Christmas gift ruined I only hope he will be open to wearing the rest of the product.”
