“I would have given you a 4 or 5 start rating if the
experience with your chosen parcel carrier was reliable. Golf Stuff customer service was excellent the chosen parcel carrier was a nightmare. Zero tracking and no ablillty to communicate with the carrier. Your customer service team was great and had to intervene. I felt like I was being scammed by the carrier. Pick a better parcel carrier partner and your business will flourish.

I did order an item and got a notification an hour before rest of package was delivered, stating that an item was out of stock and wouldn't be delivered.
If I knew this prior I would have cancelled order.

“demo clubs are a hit or miss. Bought 3, one was in excellent condition, second was in good condition, third one looked like it's been used and abused and definitely wouldn't qualify as a demo club.”
