“Unfortunately there wasn’t an initial delivery date. But more importantly, there wasn’t an NSR option. The courier had two missed deliveries because nobody home to sign for it and it took a phone call to confirm ok to leave at front door.”
“Purchased product as a gift. One of three was wrapped/sealed in plastic the other two were not. Also the box was damaged. As a gift looked like I purchased at a bargain store. Had to improvise.”

Disappointed that I was charged for shipping on my order considering they opened up a previous order that had not yet been shipped and placed the jacket inside my golf cart order thus avoiding paying any shipping on it yet I was charged shipping.”
