“The product I order are generally great However although still have issues with getting the products on any timely basis, typical I have to find out status by making calls to the couriers or to JGS And honestly get in touch with a rep from JGS can be painful.
I recently purchases a Tailormade putter but you sent the wrong head cover for the putter i tried to get a replacement but it never happened was told to send the purchase back but i was happy with the club just wanted the correct cover.
On a positive note i think you have great deals, Despite the above i will order other things as the interest me.

“Prompt delivery. There was no car in my driveway but I was home. Heard the delivery guy by my front door but I don't think he knocked or wrang the doorbell and was in the process of leaving. Have ordered other things before and they are usually as advertised or they will make it right. Returns are easy and with no hassle.”
