“I ordered 3 items and the first one was delivered guickly. But nothing was said about the other two items leaving me contacting you by email to make sure the other two items on the same order were still coming. 2nd item arrived and again no contact stating the third items was yet to be delivered. The products have all been good and when there was a price drop on a product I bought you reimbursed me for the difference.”
