“Products are as ordered buy shipping is a bit of a mess. Takes a week for something to ship and then you need to check progress on an app that doesnt update often. Need to work on shipping”
“The product was good but the delivery was split in two orders. There was no communication that one product would come at a later date although the tracking indicated that the order had been delivered.
It did eventually come but there was no explanation up front.”
