I am now trying to arrange a return and after several calls and emails, I have still not been in contact with anyone.”
“I generally would give a 5 star review however I recently purchased the NS Lefus Crank Boa shoes in size 9 and could hardly get me foot in them. I contacted Customer support and wasn’t pleased with their process to return the goods. At the very least these shoes are 1 size smaller than your normal shoe size and I feel that customers should have been made aware of this.”
