“Products are of good quality and as described on website. The reason I didn't give the company a 5 star is because of the payment method. The money is deducted from my account as soon as the order is received. There have been occasions where the order took a couple of weeks to ship. I believe that paying for the product when it is shipped is more appropriate.”
“Zero issues with overall service… but bought a mystery box and received all the clothing styles that nobody wants. I totally understand the concept behind the mystery (it’s a gamble and you get what you get) and the idea behind offloading items from a business perspective… but when the clothing looks like a Jackson pollock painting, there’s a reason it doesn’t sell. Advice: give a preview of all possible items, not just the brand names. That said, service is 5star… but products are 1star.”
