“Good item and prompt shipping but one serious issue with delivery service, though. When delivery person came to my condo he just left the box on the floor of mail room which is totally not secure area and anyone could just pick up the box and walk away. He should have left the box with my condo concierge which is there 24/7. Luckily one of the residents in my condo brought the box to me when she saw my address on it but it could've gone and it's 200 dollar worth of item.
The contract security company needs to be reminded to advise their driver to leave the parcel in secure area or concierge if it's condo. Now I am hesitant to order more from Just Golf Stuff because it's always using same delivery company and I have ordered several items in the past. Please address this issue for better and reliable service. Thanks”
“The order arrived around three weeks after I ordered it. Could be expected with the covid situation. The golf shoes look very nice and fit good. Haven't get a chance to try it on the golf course because of the winter season. Overall I'm very satisfied.”
