“Perhaps I have just been lucky but I have bought many items from JLS over the years and have never had any problems, either ordering on line or by phone or making returns. When talking to a representative they have always been helpful and friendly.All the items have been of good quality,well packaged and delivered quickly, good value all round. I am glad I didn’t see the negative reviews before purchasing, they would probably have deterred me from buying.i have today ordered a Precis item with complete confidence,should I’ve disappointed I will post another review”

“I ordered a jacket on Saturday 13/01/18 over the phone spoke to a lovely lady it was all very easy the jacket was delivered today Wednesday 17/01/18 tracking the parcel was easy so I knew exactly when it was arriving love the jacket it fits perfectly I will definitely be ordering again.”

“Every Monday is called Monday Madness everything is reduced, bought a Windsmoor coat last Monday, just wonderful. When you telephone you can speak to someone, you do not have to go thru copious menus which are so annoying. Totally recommend Just Last Season.”

“All items I have ordered have arrived beautifully packaged and in good time.Any returns have been refunded promptly.I like quality clothes but find shopping difficult due to disability,.Being able to try on at home is a real bonus.Sometimes an item in high demand may be showing availability,however if a large number of the item are being processed online sometimes you may be disappointed as the item is sold out.Still an excellent source of quality clothing at great prices.”

“I was not aware of this site previously; was looking for a cape, so could have been directed anyware. First time buyer. Delivery was excellent. I ordered two for choice, but loved one and decided to keep it, and return the other. Refund for the returned cape took a little longer than expected but received it ok. Have loved wearing my cape and have learned since that capes are back in big time. Wey hey!”
