Ordered some items but missed out one letter of postcode. Realised one hour after and tried to cancel order. This went through even though I phoned everyday and emailed. They said not to worry as delivery man would bring parcel back.this has not happened and someone has my parcel of goods. Just Last Season have said they can't help me. Hermes left parcel in person's porch and did not get signature. I have lost money and goods. This is not good enough.

Ordered 2 items. One of the items delivered was wrong - a skirt instead of trousers. No invoice in the delivery Tried innumerable times to ring but on hold for over 30 mins each time and still un answered. Contacted customer services 4 times E mail automatically acknowledged but never replied to. I'm One very unhappy customer

I was told on July 24 I had been refunded for 2 returns . On 10 July i still had not recieved my refund . I telephoned , waiting over 30 minutes on hold . I was told there had been a problem with refunds but not to worry as the customer service agent could refund me immediately for 1 of the returns but she could only do 1 per customer per day and she would ring me at 9am the following morning to complete the other refund . GUESS WHAT !!!!!!!! NO REFUND WENT THROUGH ON THE 10 JULY ,AND OF COURSE SHE DIDN`T RING BACK AS PROMISED . I HAVE TRIED RINGING AGAIN ,JUST PUT ON HOLD AGAIN . Just Last Season MUST BE SITTING ON THOUSANDS OF POUNDS OF CUSTOMERS MONEY THAT THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY BACK .!!!!!! Its a pity because clothing ,shoes etc are lovely , but BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to order 4 items but wouldn't let me check out. 12 minute wait on phone , 2 items sold out, by the time my details taken 3rd item sold out. Waste of time.

STILL no refund received....Jacques Vert notified me that the returned items had been received and refunds actioned on 24th July! It seems as though I am not alone, with other customers getting the same problem! Usually they are quite reliable ...so something must be wrong somewhere in their accounts dept? Come on people, sort out this hassle for all of us waiting for our refunds to be credited ......

Having used this company for the first time, the delivery was fine on purchasing a second Item which I had to return the service was Beyond AWFUL - returning via the local Hermes parcel return the very next day : filling in online and printing the label annoying but necessary. 2 MONTHS later I am still waiting on the refund. Do youself a favour buy from ANYWHERE else but here! Despite repeated emails (full of apologies) a phone call where it took them 40 minutes to Answer and were downwright rude I am still waiting Service???? NOT FROM HERE

They advertise 'free returns' but in the small print returns are only free on faulty items.

Returns policy needs sorting,you should enclose a label for returns,.the worse company for returns,Not everyone has a printer.

Purchased several items for fit etc. I kept some but I then needed to send some back. The FREE returns service is only via HERMES and as I don't have a printer I asked if they could send me a label as the main Jacques Vert site had done this for me. I received a very curt and patronizing E Mail saying I couldn't have received a label as they don't provide that service ! and if I needed one I could ask a friend etc. Obviously if I could I would so no need to state the obvious. If I needed to return by Royal Mail I would have to pay. I managed to get a label printed by taking a photo and the photo shop printed it for me. Not everybody has a printer especially if like me they don't work anymore. Don't advertise free returns if its only for HERMES and employ customer service staff that can provide quality customer service or this company will go the same way as many others and then none of them will have jobs.

I bought some evening trousers which were much too long. Unfortunately the lady who does my alterations was on holiday and I will not know until tomorrow if she's able to shorten them for me. I therefore rang customer services and asked the question if she was not able to shorten them could I return them for a full refund as I am only 3 days outside their 14 day return policy. A 28 day return policy is the norm. I was told no, I could have a credit note but as the trousers were expensive and I need to get a replacement pair for an upcoming holiday this was not acceptable. I could understand their reluctance to refund if I had had the goods for weeks. Will never ever use the company again or recommend them toanyone else to.

Awful customer service. I did pay extra money to get my item on time for a wedding and I did receive it very late. I did have to return it. They never replied to my e-mails. I called them and they did not know how to contact the courier to get my product on time. The courier itself lied saying that they were attempting to deliver the product when I was at home. When I spoke to the customer service (had to call them as far as they do not reply to the e-mails. A total of 6 e-mails sent) they never gave me any solution. Careful with this shop!

I have not got my goods from this company yet and I am not certain I ever will! I have made repeated phone calls to tell them my goods have not arrived, each time they promise to ring me back, but never do. They seem incapable of contacting their courier and when I try to contact them I am just referred back to Just Last Season. I wish someone would help. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have ordered on a number of occasions only to find the products do not turn up. The first time I had a problem I waited weeks for the item then contacted the company who said that I should have had an email to say the item was not available. I had not received the email. The second time I ordered (as I thought I will give them another chance), this time I did receive an email to say one of the item ordered was not available. However, the item was still showing as available on the website. No satisfactory email response came back from the company when I complained on this. Finally, I consider I lost out as I paid postage for the two items, and I only received one. I would not have ordered the one item. Contract law says offer, acceptance, payment this is a binding contract. I am not aware it says anywhere in the terms at the time, prior to ordering, that the goods are not available. This has the potential to mislead and therefore I believe a trading standards issue. Under the consumer protection from unfair trading law, they are encouraging a transactional decision to take place. The moral is do not rely on the goods until you get them with this website, based on my experience.

Ordered a dress that was on promotion at the time and was in stock. Received a email confirming my order. Waited for 5 days for delivery . When there was no sign of it. I contacted them to be told out of stock. But they didn't inform me at all by email. Checked online and they was still selling it. But not on the promotional price. This company is one of the worst company's i ever dealt with. Their staff just tries to fob you off with excuses and are so rude to you when you try to explain the situation to them. They even put the phone down on me. I will never buy anything from this company ever again and have told all my friends and family not too as well.

Ordered item in good faith on 12th June 2015, emailed 16th June 2015 to ask when my order being sent, no reply to email. Telephone call to them on18th June 2015 to be told item out of stock and the warehouse should have emailed me. My order status as at 19th June 2015 is being processed.............so no out of stock email no out of stock on order! After 5 minute going round in circles, customer services informed me that I had not had the money taken from my account and that I should have realised that I was not going to get my item..........despite telling this arrogant advisor that my order status was being processed and that I would not have expected to pay until order despatched..................HE WOULD NOT LISTEN. Yes as everyone else states no one emails!!!!! BUYER BEWARE

I ordered and paid for two dresses and received a confirmation email but a day later received another email from Jacques Vert saying that they could not fulfill the order as both dresses were out of stock. Reading other reviews it seems common practice. I would not order from this company again.

I placed an order, got confirmation of order, payment went through I received another email to confirm the order had been part cancelled. There was no communication from the company and I am so furious at their lack of customer service. The jumper I ordered had been on promotion, they had then advertised it on their website for £ 50 more than the promotional price They really need to be reported to trading standards as they are failing to meet their contract obligations. please people don't waste your time ordering anything from this retailer.
