I'm happy with my mask but with only one complaint is that in the picture online it has diamanté's on the front an when i got it it has none. Which i feel is very deceiving. I kept the picture to confirm this an I'm not happy.

We are sorry that the image was misleading. We do state in the listing that the image shows stones but the mask has not gems. If you contact us directly we will arrange for a return and refund

Really fell in love with the pair of his and hers masks I saw online, ordered them and when they arrived one of the masks had a Swarovski crystal missing from above the eye which left a faint glue mark on the mask because of this - it isn't massively noticeable however having paid £60 for the two masks I expected them to be completely perfect. Not the end of the world, still a comfy fitting mask which looks good - just a shame I was let down with the quality of this else I would rate this 5 stars, looking forward to putting the masks to use at some point however I will probably glue in a new crystal to replace the missing one. Other than that, ordering the masks was easy, delivery was prompt and the woman who I dealt with was very polite, just a shame about the missing crystal.

It appears this mask slipped through the checking process and for this we apologise. If you contact us directly we will always replace or refund for any damage on masks

The mask i chose was stunning cant fault that but had problems getting it was told would receive it in a few days but then was told was sold out i had to choose anoither one which i did and have to say the delivery was prompt , all in all i would deal with company again

Efficient web site and delivery process. My 'blue' mask was very badly finished with lots of black unsprayed areas. Unfortunately I ordered too close to ball to request replacement. Ties are not elasticated.

Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your mask. The "black" unsprayed areas are deliberate. They are shadowing to give the face of the mask some character. This can clearly be seen on the images of these masks. For reference for readers of this feedback the mask this customer purchased was the "Masquerade Masks for men and women - Colombina"

The mask is lovely but I asked for it to be attached to the stick I bought with it & that didn't happen.

The service and delivery were very good and the look of the masks was great, but my princess mask had glitter on it that just fell away constantly onto my face, dress and my partners outfit. It was quite annoying so not sure if I would use Just Posh Masks again. Also I suggest you use a better glue for your glitter.

The masks were great but the female mask had a few jewels that fell off and needed supergluing back on and also the ribbon wasnt in the right place for my eyes so I needed to tie on my own piece of elastic so I could see out of it!

I recently bought a Mask for my girlfriend for a secret proposal that i had planned for her, I had a lot to do within a short period of time. i ordered a mask which arrived on time which was great, however within ten minutes of wearing the mask the strap broke off. I was unaware of this and my at the time girlfriend didn't know the importance of the mask. This is not a bad review as the Mask was of a very high standard and was delivered on time, its just a shame it broke so quickly.

We are sorry to hear that one of the ties came off. All masks are checked before despatch however, this one must have slipped through the net and for this we apologies. We hope she said yes !

Felt let down by the lack of customer service, about a month before ordering i tried emailing through to ask if it was possible to have custom colours on a mask (as I wanted them to match my wedding colours) but after a month with no reply still wanted to proceed with the order as i really like the style of masks and quality looked really good for the price. When I placed my order i again asked for some customisation in the note section, but again never had any response. I had received a text after ordering to ask when and where i wanted to the order to be delivered (i was really impressed with this) I received my mask within a few days of ordering, but even this was slightly shadowed by the fact the delivery driver left it in the garden without any signature (even though the returns policy is states once you sign for it you are unable to return if the box is damaged) which is did have a bash in corner, luckily the mask was wrapped up with lots of paper and safety wrapping it wasn't affected. Overall i'm really happy with my mask but the service i received/lack of does make me question if i would recommend or use the site again.
