The masks are lovely and arrived in a timely manner. However we requested a stick on the male mask ties on the female mask. In fact we received a stick on the female mask and ties on the male mask. Completely opposite to our request.

I felt that the stick was not placed in the best place as when you hold the mask up to the face it presses against the side of your face. I ordered the Amory Gold Petite, I feel that it is a little to small. Unable to send it back as you have to open the bag to try it up to the face and once it is opened it can't be sent back. Also it would be impossible to get the stick off, which is not returnable as it it glued on so tight.

Hi, many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you are disappointed with your mask and the positioning of the stick. The sticks that we attach to masks can only go in one place, so we have to assume that the stick presses on the side of your face because you ordered a mask suitable for a child or small adult, and it is too small for you. We always accept returns, even if you have removed the item from the bag, however, we will only issue credit notes for masks that have been customized, i.e. attached to a stick. Please contact us if you wish to exchange your mask

If the hat had been new I would have written a positive report, but it has been worn. It has several brown hairs inside and a number of glitter/sparkles such as are used at parties.

Received an mail saying they had been despatched and arranged delivered details, only to get another email on the delivery date to be told they where in fact out of stock, not good.

Hi - we ordered 2 masks. The gentlemen's mask is very nice and a reasonable fit. However when my wife opened her mask and offered it to her face it was immediately apparent that it was far too small to fit and adult's face correctly - it's size appears to be suitable more for a child or adolescent. We were about to send her mask back for a replacement, when we noticed a small note on the plastic bag stating that if opened it could not be returned due to health and safety. We feel this warning should have been more prominent - and perhaps the item's description should have stated that the size of the mask might be an unsuitable fit for an adult's face. Had that been stated we would have selected something else. Disappointed.

Hi We are sorry that you were disappointed with the mask for your wife. The mask you purchased was named "Baby Armony Gloss" and the description is "Small Feathered Mask suitable for small adults and children" The size is on the description (14 x 7 cm) and is visibly a small mask All our masks are sealed in clear bags, enabling you to check your purchase for colour, style and fit, before opening the bag We aim to please all our customers and are disappointed that you did not contact us in order that we could have rectified your disappointment

I ordered masks to try and they arrived in sealed bags which said not to open as i couldnt return if i did, so how are you supposed to try the masks on if they are in a bag?! Surely if you can return clothing etc & try glasses on in shops etc, trying a mask up to your face would do no harm. Its ridiculous.

We are sorry you are disappointed with not being able to try on the mask and then return it. Obviously if your mask was faulty or damaged then you would be able to return it even if it had been opened The reason for not allowing customers to put the masks on their faces is Hygiene. These masks can be held to the face to check for fit and whether you like what you have bought. The air can be removed from the bag, effectively giving the mask a plastic coating Would you want to buy a brand new mask that has already been worn by another person?

Items arrived in damaged packaging i emailed to say just that - and that this was a gift and a damaged box doesn't look good. Reply from Tracy saying that the box is a transit item only and it has done its job to protect the items. My view is that these need bubble wrap or similar to keep the box tidy even if not to be given as a gift they should still be kept in the box as they are delicate items. And as such that box should be sturdy and presentable. Which now for the intended recipients this will not be the case. The email was also written in a condescending manner. So not impressed and although it seems minor to Tracy in customer service to me its an annoying issue and i disagree with the response i got.

First I click the button to confirm the specifics for the mask. Namely that the female mask was to be put on the stick..however it never asked what color. So I typed it in the comments. Received a confirmation the next day that didn't confirm the attached stick. I sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction. Have not heard anything and have not received the product yet

We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with your dealing with Just Posh Masks. May we point out that you did not select, or pay for, "mask to be attached to stick" and therefore we did not add a stick. You order was dispatched the same day as you ordered it and, by the time we received your email your mask had already been despatched. We replied explaining this. As you are in the USA, your mask will be with you within 7 working days. Once you receive the mask please return it, if you are unhappy, and we will refund you

Unfortunately the ladies mask I ordered was not the colours as shown on the web site, also the gents mask was not great quality for the price paid.

It's very hard to judge what the masque will look like. A photo on a model would be extremely helpful and appreciated. I know you can buy several and return the ones left in the plastic packaging but don't really want to pay another large sum to return the ones I don't use. I have to say I was disappointed that the description said the ties would be silk ribbon, but they were a thick gauze like material. This will be noticeable and makes the masque look a bit cheap. I'm a little embarrassed.. A better description of the product- as that is all we have to go by... I would actually put this as 2.5 stars - it's not poor but it's not 'normal'

We are really sorry that you are disappointed with your purchase. The Madam music mask does come with material ties and we have updated our description to reflect this. We are in the process of getting all our masks photographed on a model to assist with purchasing, however, we beg to differ on the fact that this mask looks cheap as, in our opinion, this mask is one of the nicest masks we sell

When my mask arrived it looked nothing like the picture I had seen online, it looked much more feminine than I had anticipated (I'm a boy) and was I was disappointed by it. It is very highly quality and clearly a good mask but it was not right and then to find out I couldn't return it as I had opened the packaging to try it on was disappointing.

The glitter wasn't perfect, but that is okay. It is a beautiful mask. Mine came with a broken feather, which really upset me. I contacted Just Posh Masks to inform them of this and I have received no reply. The mask is great, my rating is greatly affected by the lack of customer service.

The mask I wanted was out of stock so I went through the link to make an enquiry as to when the mask was back in stock etc. NO REPLY. Emailed a day or so after to their main email address to enquire about the mask, NO REPLY. Phoned a day or so after that and left a voicemail message, NO REPLY - appalling and non-existent customer service! Ordered a different mask in the end as this company had unusual ones in comparison to their competitors, arrived in a lovely presentation box and was really pleased however, the mask was in a clear sealed bag with a label stating that if the bag is opened the item is not returnable...I was then faced with the impossible - HOW DOES ONE TRY ON A MASK THAT IS IN A SEALED BAG?

We are sorry to see that you had a negative experience from us. We did reply to your emails (they might have gone into your junk folder?) Under Health and Safety we cannot resell masks that have been worn by other people. (no-one wants to wear a mask that has been on someone elses face) Most "Fancy Dress" shops opt for "No returns", however we seal all masks so that customers can see the mask, hold it to their face, check it fits and also check they like it before "breaking the seal". If the seal is NOT broken you can return for a full refund. We are already looking at a different way of doing this and do take your point on board

I have been sent the wrong mask and I have now left 2 messages to sort the problem and no response for 2 days. The product its self and the service from ordering is good
