Ordered 1 mask, package arrived in good time however found it contained 2 masks which would be alright as their mistake, but the issue is neither are the one that was ordered. Emails were ignored so a phone call to the provided number was met by a switchboard that doesn't list Just Posh Masks as a serving business, so chose the party shop line. Then explained the situation to the chap who answered, followed up much later by an email from the company saying I would receive a returns label. It never came. The mask was intended for Halloween and this has long gone. The 2 masks that did come are good quality and build for the price, but all a customer should expect is the item that they actually ordered and not to have to then personally take the stress and waste of time trying to return or feel ripped off!

Ordered couple masks after 3 phone conversations. Promised they would be sent next day but omitted to mention I had to be in as sent special delivery. This meant an inconvenient trip to sorting office and then had problems as parcel name has been written incorrectly. Masks looked lovely but in reality as they had a ribbon tie they did not stay in place and fitted badly over glasses.

Haven't received my order as of June 15th ...placed the order May 17th. I have emailed you twice now in the last 48 hrs and have yet to hear back from you or your company. Very disappointed in your company and service. I have the tracking number but it says still waiting for company to ship it.

Hi We have been trying to contact you for over a month. We have replied to every email you have sent, using more than one email in case our responses were going into your junk mail Your order is stuck in US customs which can be seen from your tracking number Would you please check your spam folders where you will see all the details of your order

There was no way to attach the mask to my glasses. The mask did not have any clip or anything. It was not what I expected. I'm going to a masquerade party and I still need a mask.

Awful. Over a week later and no mask recieved. After paying over the odds for postage and packing not impressed. Cannot comment of quality of product as yet to receive it.

This is an extremely disappointing review as the team at Just Posh Masks strive to please and achieve 5 stars You purchased over the weekend and your mask was dispatched on Monday. You called us to ensure the mask was on its way and then you have rated us on the service of the couriers, who, we admit, have taken a little longer than usual. However, during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Festive season we expect this, which is why we offer next day guaranteed or say, please expect delivery to take up to 5 days if you opt for standard postage, which you did

The mask does not fit over my face correctly, my chin sticks out the bottom

You cannot get a refund if you take the mask out of the plastic packaging. The mask looked like it fitted me, so I took it out of the plastic packaging and put it on to find that it actually didn't fit me once tied on. Obviously something I could never have known until its out of the packaging. I was offered a credit note but I could have encountered the same problem and I'd just keep paying out on return postage.

Appaulling still do not have goods delivery company 10 emails 7 texts 1 phone call ignored safe place twice i was hone second time no one came to the house ignore shop drop off request now changed to house on Monday

We are sorry that you have had trouble with our delivery company. We have had no contact from you regarding this issue until you left this feedback Your item was dispatched on Thursday and we understand that the delivery company let you down by not leaving in a safe place on Friday. For this we apologize on behalf of them. On Friday you then requested a delivery to a DPD store which happened on Monday. We trust you have now received your mask and are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case please contact us and we will do our utmost to assist you

We are disappointed that you have rated us on a postage service According to our records you chose the free postage service and your masks were delivered within 5 working days. Unfortunately it appears that you have not taken into account the weekend or the Bank Holiday when calculating the day you were expecting to receive your masks

I received the mask and opened it to try on. The mask was too heavy for the ribbon to hold in place. I went to return and only then saw the note saying not to open the plastic bag it came in. How would I know the ribbon would not support the mask if I did not try it on? I now want to return the mask and am awaiting your instructions. Regards, Ray Coppin 07703 858701.

Ordered 7 masks and 2 arrived, incredibly frustrating as I needed them for tonight. Clearly don't value customers enough to have an order check process. Will not use again , will not recommend. Business won't be around long if this is the level of service they provide.

I ordered two masks one of them was sufficient quality the metal filigree mask was very poor quality and it was a shame I had to take it out of the packaging to try it on as now I can't return it.

I ordered my mask at the last minute so was glad to find one I liked on the site - a gold full face mask. It arrived on the day of the event and when opened it was red instead of Gold, just had to go with it anyway but totally ruined the outfit I had picked

I ordered 2 masks that came very quickly. Unfortunately one of the masks was damaged in a couple of places. I sent a mail asking if i could get replacement masks sent out and that i'd be returning the original masks but i've not heard anything back. These were for my own birthday party that i am hosting.
