“Whilst my item reached me quickly. I felt the item description was not portrayed correctly as the gimbal head not compatible with acra/Swiss plate, this was not stated. I have emailed just studiogear, still no reply. Having spent over £200, very dissatisfied. Customer service after care poor.”
“The product arrived promptly once ordered. However an email asking if they did they offered the rest of the system for the product produced nothing and this a week after sending, so that part has been ordered elsewhere. The opening hours for ringing are very short 10:00- 4:00, the late afternoon being the time I get around to making such calls.”
